Tura presented ProxIMed Work Package 2: Consumer Aspects
At the recent Steering Committee Meeting of the ProxIMed project in Portugal, Tura - our research assistant - presented key findings from his research project the “Consumer Aspects”. The research highlights consumer interest in alternative protein products across different countries, with a focus on preferences, perceptions, and potential barriers. From mycoproteins to protein-enriched products, understanding consumer behavior is essential for fostering innovation in Mediterranean agro-food systems and supporting the development of sustainable food solutions.
