Katrin Brückner präsentierte ein Poster ihrer Forschungsergebisse in Rennes, bei der 17. Versammlung der Association of Agricultural Economists. Sie beschäftigte sich hierbei mit sozial-kognitiven Prozessen, die sich auf eine gesündere Produktauswahl beim Einkaufen auswirken.
